NAC 2026 Summer Practice Times 

7:00am - 9:15am   High School

9:00am - 10:30am  Blue Group (11 & up)

10:00am - 11:00am   White Group (9 & 10)

11:15am - 12:00am  Red Group (8 & under who can swim 25 yds independently)

 9:30am  - 10:15am  Beginners Group #1

10:15am - 11:00am  Beginners Group #2

11:00am - 11:45am  Beginners Group #3

BEGINNERS: If you are signing up a swimmer to be a beginner please fill out this google form: NAC Beginners 2026

** All practices are held Monday through Friday, beginning Tuesday, May 26th and going through Friday, July 10 at the Napoleon City Pool

** In the event of inclement weather, a GroupMe message will be sent out and practice will be moved to the High School pool

** IF practices are moved to the High School pool, all Beginners groups will be CANCELED.  This is a safety issue as the High School pool does not have enough shallow areas to accomodate our Beginner groups.
